Cook. Craft. Create.

ACF National Convention and Show set for July 15-19 in New Orleans

Keynotes Masaharu Morimoto (Iron Chef) & Maneet Chauhan (Chopped) plus educational opportunities and tradeshow

The American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) 2018 events series wraps up at Cook. Craft. Create. ACF National Convention & Show on July 15-19 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.

The annual convention features educational and engagement opportunities that build off the national organization’s ChefConnect series. Live demonstrations and hands-on workshops led by industry leaders, national cooking competitions, pop-up tastings, a new-trend trade show and more will ignite innovation for foodservice professionals, students and competitors.

In addition to Chef Morimoto and Chef Chauhan, keynote Chef Barton Seaver, National Geographic Fellow and author will bring “Tall Tales from American Fisheries.” Workshops on cooking with cannabinoids, artisanal chocolates and culinary medicines are side-by-side with jazzed up tart preparations, the history of cocktails and cooking for families.

National cooking competitions are live and available to all full-registration attendees. Who is the ACF National Chef of the Year? The Pastry Chef of the Year? See the custom-built kitchens and professionals compete for coveted awards. Learn more by visiting acfchefs.org/convention.

The American Culinary Federation, Inc. Since our inception, little has changed in our principal goals. We are an organization based on promoting the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education of culinarians at all levels.
