Presenture LLC, a national foodservice sales agency, announced that former Rupari Food Service, Sysco and Hormel Foods sales manager and executive, Michael Goeden, has joined the company as national sales manager.
In this role, Goeden is responsible for managing Presenture’s broker network on behalf of Presenture clients in addition to growing their foodservice sales through distributor and customer calls.
Additionally, Venus Scheuber and Tara Miranda who previously held the title of business development managers at Presenture are now directors of business development. Scheuber remains responsible for the U.S. Western Region and Miranda for the U.S. Northeastern Region.

Goeden most recently served as vice president of foodservice for Rupari Food Services, producers and distributors of restaurant quality smoked barbeque products and slow cooked proteins. Under his leadership, Rupari’s Foodservice Team achieved a 19 percent increase in value added pounds shipped year over year in Fiscal Year 2016, while reducing expenses by nearly 25 percent with a defined strategic sales approach for its broker network.
Prior to his role as vice president of foodservice for Rupari, Goeden was vice president of foodservice sales for Rupari. During this time, U.S. food sales achieved a 40 percent growth and sold more than 500,000 pounds of new innovative products in 2016.
Goeden began his foodservice career in Memphis at Hormel Foods, excelling in various sales management roles in Houston, Baltimore and Atlanta. In 2013, Goeden moved to Sysco as director of category management-pork, where he was responsible for driving profitable sales growth for the pork division at Sysco Corporate for the following categories: bacon, ham, breakfast sausage, franks, pizza toppings, fresh pork and ethnic sausage.
